By Kala X is the clothing and home decor brand by local maker Kala Paul-Worika, who uses her love of vibrant African prints in all her creations. Kala’s products have been stocked in a number of prestigious locations including John Lewis and Somerset House.

This event sees her curate a top selection of brands and creatives to join her at this beautiful east London venue.

On Thursday evening, Kala’s latest upcycled denim collection will launch with the chance to enjoy a private view of art by Natasha Awuku.

Serenity By Chelles – a Black-owned, East London brand creating hand-poured home fragrances designed to bring calm and comfort into everyday spaces. Made in small batches using natural soy wax and eco-conscious wooden wicks, products blend self-care, sustainability, and style.

Natasha Awuku – an award-winning, multi-faceted artist and musician based in London. She’s known for working across many disciplines, creating everything from street art and fine art to drawings and illustrations.

Her visual work includes paintings and murals, often recognised for their intricate details, nature-inspired themes, and dream-like quality. She regularly exhibits her art, and her work has been chosen for curated displays at The Affordable Art Fair.

Skincare handcrafted in small batches using high-quality, natural, and sustainably sourced ingredients, free from parabens, synthetic fragrances, and unnecessary fillers.

A Mini Lampshade Workshop will also take place on Saturday at 6.15pm (please book separately).
