BY KALA X kicked off the new year by hosting a Make Your Own Lampshade Workshop.
The event took place in Leyton, east London, and hosted individuals eager to learn the craft of lampshade making.
A very enjoyable afternoon was spent, as skills were passed on over tea and biscuits!
The ladies left with their handmade lampshades and looked pretty happy with their efforts.
The next workshop takes place on Saturday, February 24, with more planned for later in the year.
All materials are provided, as well as a choice of fabrics – or you can bring along your own.
